Flood Warning System

Summary
Scottish Borders Council, Lothian and Borders Police and SEPA all work together to provide a flood warning system to the occupiers of properties considered to be at increased risk of flooding from rivers. There are 24 groups across the Scottish Borders and the warnings they receive are based on data from a network of automated gauging stations located on the main rivers throughout the area.

Occasionally PDF Files do not display correctly.
At some point between downloading the file, your browser opening Adobe Reader, and then displaying the file - it has become
corrupted.
Trying to re-open the PDF does not seem to help.
The following suggestions should help:
- clear your cache (find out how)
or - right click on the file, choose 'save target as' and save the pdf to your desktop. Double click the file to open it
If you are still having problems please contact us and include
- the name of the file
- the link (url) to the file
It also helps to make sure that you have the lastest versions of:
- adobe reader
- your browser software (Safari, FireFox or Internet Explorer)
