Unless otherwise stated offices are open from 9.00am to 4.30pm (3.30pm on Fridays). However from January 2006 all Contact Centres will open at 9.30am every Wednesday.

  • Notice for customers in the Eyemouth area

    Due to structural problems with the building the Council’s Contact Centre in Eyemouth has had to close with immediate effect. The Contact Centre is operating temporarily from the Community Centre, Albert Road and will continue to take payments and provide advice and assistance to customers. Telephone enquiries will be dealt with at Duns during the renovations and customers should call 01361 886138 where a member of staff will assist them.
