European Parliament

Elections for the European Parliament were held in the United Kingdom on Thursday 10 June 2004. A proportional representation voting system was used for these elections to the European Parliament. The UK is divided into 12 regions and Scotland is classed as a region with 7 seats. Those elected as MEPs to represent Scotland are –
