Summary
Use these forms for all non-householder applications (i.e those not related to alterations or extensions to, or works within the grounds of, dwelling houses or flats).
You may also need to notify neighbours of your proposals.
If you do not own all the land or property to which your application relates, or the land is being leased by someone as an
agricultural holding, you will need to notify other owners and tenants of agricultural holdings of your intention to submit an application.
Please complete the application forms using black ink only.
Many non-householder developments, particularly residential developments (including proposals for single houses) will generate
a requirement for 'developer contributions'. These are normally financial contributions towards services such as local schools
and the provision of affordable housing. Our brief guide provides basis advice on such contributions, and you may wish to read it prior to submitting your application.
