• Homes reconnected to gas supply in Kelso - Thursday, Dec 4 2008
  Almost all of the homes affected by the loss of gas supply in Kelso were expected to be reconnected by lunchtime today (Thursday).

  Almost half of the 3000 affected properties in Kelso have now had their gas supply restored – including Kelso Hospital and Health Centre and Kelso High School and Edenside Primary School.
• Work starts at Priorsford Primary School - Wednesday, Dec 3 2008
  Work has started on the second phase of the extension to Priorsford Primary School in Peebles this week.

  Work is progressing well to reconnect Kelso properties to the gas supply. The majority of homes are expected to be back on by tonight (Wednesday).
• Work progressing to reconnect Kelso gas supply - Tuesday, Dec 2 2008
  While work is progressing today to reconnect the gas supply to the the 3,000 affected households in the Kelso area, Scottish Borders Council (SBC) has been working with key partners including NHS Borders and Scotland Gas Networks (SGN) to ensure that residents’ needs are being met.

  Approximately 500 homes in the Kelso area are expected to have their gas supply reconnected by the end of today (Tuesday).
