Rick Kenney - new Coaching Development Officer - Monday, Jun 27 2005
Scottish Borders Council has recently appointed Rick Kenney as their new Coaching Network Development Officer. Rick works
within the Sports Development Unit of the Education and Lifelong Learning Service and has the main duties of trying to recruit
new people into coaching across a wide range of sports and encouraging them to become qualified at the basic (level 1) level.
